If you want to get Fat... July 26, 2010 jz I weight train 4-5 times a week and also do cardio. I had close to a six-pack before I took Cytogainer. Within 2 weeks of taking this, my six-pack has disappeared and I have a Flab of fat over it.. My vascularity has also decreased all over.. I stopped taking Cytogainer and within a week my abs have started revealing themselves again.. What a Piece of $h!t product!
Taste great/ Dissolves fast July 26, 2010 Alassane Diagne I bought the strawberry one and love it. When i mix with milk it tastes like a shake! I mostly mix with water for convenience and still tastes pretty good. My all time favorite combo is 3 scoops of powder, 20oz of fruit punch Gatorade, and two ice cubes. I've taken about 6 scoops (total) everyday and i have gained about 10 pounds this month. Great product. Definitely going to buy again when i run out!!
Best service ever had! Highly recommend! July 15, 2010 Austin I bought this item and it was shipped that night and came the next day! The fastest service ive ever had and it was coming from few states away! When im done with using all of the shake i will buy again! (: And i will recommend to all my friends that take shakes to buy from you..Found this shake at lower price then moster milk with 3 times the powder and more protein..Does have alot of calories and carbs but thats what cardio is for :D
Gotta love Gainer June 17, 2010 Martin Wood a.k.a. (Vallejo, CA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Muscle Milk is by far the best protein shake available. The taste good, don't mess you up if you're lactose intolerant, and they help with muscle building and recovery. I rarely use them before+after+before sleep. Usually just before and sometimes after and I get good results. The Gainer is good for BUILDING MASS and the Amino Acids help in recovery for building new muscle and maintaining the muscle you currently have.
LIGHT is good for losing weight or not gaining any weight for lean muscle. REGULAR is a balance of not gaining much fat and getting a little bigger. MONSTER is my favorite because it is good for building mass. It's mostly higher doses of the protein, but Monster Mass has Amino Acids which help in recovery (most important stage in muscle building). I used to add Glutamine supplement to the end of my workout but now the Monster Mass has it included with other Amino Acids.
I prefer shakes over the bars and Muscle Milk is the one to get. Plus it mixes better than most proteins. Plus the ready to drink are great for when you are in a rush!
cookies and cream June 17, 2010 Jason Molina (San Marcos, Tx, US) awsome product love the cookies and cream. it taste just like melted ice cream mixed when with milk. with water it aint to bad but to much messed up my stom. no clumps when mixed with shaker or blender. to make it last longer i would use two scoops instead of 3.

Vitamin Supplements
There are a number of essential vitamins
that the body needs to function properly and it is possible to take
these in the form for vitamin supplement. The majority of people do not
have a balanced diet and they may be lacking in certain vitamins which
means that they require a vitamin supplement to ensure that they do not
have a deficiency of an essential vitamin. A health professional or
dietary technician is the best person to give advice on any vitamin
supplement that a person should take. It is important to seek
professional advice before taking any vitamin supplement. This is
because there are some vitamins that can be toxic if too much is
consumed and a vitamin supplement may not be appropriate if there is
enough of the vitamin already in the food a person eats.
Some categories of people may require more types of vitamin supplement
than others. Vegetarians are often deficient in certain vitamins that
are only found in animal products, for example, and a vitamin supplement
is the ideal solution to this problem. Vegetarians do need to be aware
that some vitamin supplement manufacturing processes involve animal
products and it is important for them to read the labels. A large number
of synthetic vitamin supplement products are available which will enable
a vegetarian to take them without contravening their dietary beliefs or
needs.

Children will often need a vitamin supplement, especially when they are
extremely young. This is because a lot of children do not eat a
sufficient variety of foods in their early years and a vitamin
supplement can help compensate for this natural deficiency. Breast
feeding has long been recommended as a source of all the essential
nutrients but women who choose not to or are unable to bottle feed may
be concerned as to whether their baby needs a vitamin supplement. The
large majority of baby milk formulas contain additional vitamins to
prevent the need for a vitamin supplement to be given. It is important
to discuss any concerns over the need for a baby or child to take a
vitamin supplement with a health professional to ensure that the correct
solution is found.
Elderly people or those suffering from certain diseases or illnesses are
other groups of people that may need to take a vitamin supplement. The
body may often need a vitamin
supplement to compensate for a person not
being able to consume the recommended daily allowance of certain
vitamins through their normal diet.
