Makes Water into Sports Water...Instantly!

Makes one liter of water
Every living person needs electrolytes, especially Potassium*
Potassium is an essential element needed by cells to maintain water balance and optimal nerve function. Each cell requires sodium and potassium, but in differing amounts. Inside the cell, the concentration of potassium is far higher than sodium. Modern diets typically contain excessive sodium at the expense of adequate potassium. ElectroMIXTM helps provide essential potassium that is often lacking in modern diets.*
Whether your water is bottled, filtered or tap, when you add ElectroMIX® to it you'll get more benefits than the average sports drink. And you'll be drinking water, which is the beverage your body wants, craves and needs the most.*
ElectroMIXTM is a water mineralizer and dietary supplement that contains nutritionally balanced essential electrolytes: Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Manganese, plus Chromium*
Dissolve the contents of one packet in a liter of water, and soon your water will become a refreshing and nutritious sports drink.
ElectroMIXTM tastes great, has a hint of lemon-lime, and comes with 30 packets per box.
ElectroMIXTM is an ideal addition to virtually any beverage, providing the electrolytes your body needs.*

Customer Reviews:
4 out of 5 stars Very nice...   August 26, 2010

I only wish they had this in a version that had some sodium in it. I drink this while running. One pack makes 2 water bottles full, which is right at 36 oz! What a deal! VERY light lemon-lime flavor. I've actually mixed this with another drink mix to get the benifits of both at the same time. If you like a little flavor in your water, but not too much, this is the way to go. Flavor wise, think about the flavor of squeezing a little lemon in your water at a restaurant.

5 out of 5 stars Great for the Heat and no carbs!   August 14, 2010

We do not use air conditioning and this summer has been brutal. We fill up a gallon jug of water and drop a couple of these in and have not had any heat related issues ..

(We are craftsmen, and work in a hot studio every day - with a heat index of over 105 along with being in our mid-60's, and my husband is diabetic so we have to be really really careful!)

Some people think the flavor is bland - it is a bit alkaline..

but would highly recommend this - it works, has NO Carbs, has NO High Fructose Corn Syrup -

Great Stuff!

5 out of 5 stars Great Product for Cramps on Hikes   May 4, 2010

I sometimes get leg cramps on strenous mountain hikes over 10 miles. The cramps go away within about 10 minutes of drinking Electro Mix. I add it to my CamelBak Bladder and keep extras in my pack. I am placing my second order.

4 out of 5 stars Good   November 29, 2009

At less than fifty cents a liter, Emergen-C Electro Mix is probably the most inexpensive electrolyte mix. The faint flavor is odd but inoffensive, and refreshing enough. The fizzing is pointless, and forces you to wait before tightening the container. I used to use Capri Sport mix, and I miss the faster dissolve, the half-liter bottle-friendly packets, and the sugar.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent Electrolyte   October 22, 2009

On the market, this is one of the best electrolyte mixes. It does not have a strong taste but works the best for the hot climates and is very economical since 1 package goes for 1liter of water. Reasonable price helps a lot too.

Vitamin Supplements

There are a number of essential vitamins that the body needs to function properly and it is possible to take these in the form for vitamin supplement. The majority of people do not have a balanced diet and they may be lacking in certain vitamins which means that they require a vitamin supplement to ensure that they do not have a deficiency of an essential vitamin. A health professional or dietary technician is the best person to give advice on any vitamin supplement that a person should take. It is important to seek professional advice before taking any vitamin supplement. This is because there are some vitamins that can be toxic if too much is consumed and a vitamin supplement may not be appropriate if there is enough of the vitamin already in the food a person eats.

Some categories of people may require more types of vitamin supplement than others. Vegetarians are often deficient in certain vitamins that are only found in animal products, for example, and a vitamin supplement is the ideal solution to this problem. Vegetarians do need to be aware that some vitamin supplement manufacturing processes involve animal products and it is important for them to read the labels. A large number of synthetic vitamin supplement products are available which will enable a vegetarian to take them without contravening their dietary beliefs or needs.

Vitamins: Calcium Ascorbate, Ester-C K-Mag, Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K1, Vitamin O, Multivitamins.

Children will often need a vitamin supplement, especially when they are extremely young. This is because a lot of children do not eat a sufficient variety of foods in their early years and a vitamin supplement can help compensate for this natural deficiency. Breast feeding has long been recommended as a source of all the essential nutrients but women who choose not to or are unable to bottle feed may be concerned as to whether their baby needs a vitamin supplement. The large majority of baby milk formulas contain additional vitamins to prevent the need for a vitamin supplement to be given. It is important to discuss any concerns over the need for a baby or child to take a vitamin supplement with a health professional to ensure that the correct solution is found.

Elderly people or those suffering from certain diseases or illnesses are other groups of people that may need to take a vitamin supplement. The body may often need a vitamin supplement to compensate for a person not being able to consume the recommended daily allowance of certain vitamins through their normal diet.
